Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Auto Express in Colorado to enter a comprehensive training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, and customer service. You will learn to assess coverage, investigate facts, and process payments while communicating with customers and adjusters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and decisions.
• Exceptional customer service and positive insured/claimant experience.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic conflict resolution skills; willingness to learn negotiations.
• Openness to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies and claim processes.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders and claimants.
• Assess coverage and bring claim to resolution with timely payment.
• Communicate and update all parties on claim status.
• Maintain records in claim management systems.
• Adapt to new technology and AI rollouts while maintaining productivity.
• Acquire and maintain Insurance Licenses within three months of starting the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
