Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Morristown, AZ, is offering a 30‑day trial for our Technician Development Program, leading to an 18‑month development path. You will assist with dent removal, sanding, painting, and repair planning under experienced technicians, learning tool use and safety throughout the program.

Qualification includes a high school diploma or trade school, on‑the‑job experience, and I‑CAR Gold Class preferred; you must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and able to stand and perform

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or vocational training preferred.
• Some on‑the‑job experience preferred; I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.
• Basic auto body repair knowledge and safety awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and repair plans.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on time and to standard.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.

Education
