Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on program for aspiring technicians. Trainees will work alongside experienced technicians, learning dent removal, sanding, painting, and basic repair tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Participants gain exposure to vehicle inspections, repair planning, and team-based project delivery as part of a structured 18-month Technician Development Program, beginning with a 30-day trial.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Able to visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on time and to standard.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Skills

Must be at least 18 years of age

Lift up to 50 pounds
