Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is offering a 30-day trial to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work with an experienced technician, learn basic auto body repair, and gain exposure to dent removal, sanding, and painting under supervision.

This entry-level program emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on skill development. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; I-CAR class is a plus. Join a team with a strong culture of growth and opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent.
• Trade/Vocational schooling preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on time and to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
