Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass offers a structured 30‑day trial leading into an 18‑month Technician Development Program. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning basic auto body repairs, safety practices, and inspection routines while developing practical skills in a collaborative environment.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, safety, and the path to advancement within the auto body repair field, with opportunities to gain in-depth experience and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
