Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks entry-level trainees for a 30‑day pilot that leads into an 18‑month Technician Development Program. You’ll work with experienced body technicians, participate in inspections, and assist with repairs, learning tools, safety practices, and repair planning in a supportive, team-oriented shop environment.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, some related experience, and ideally I-CAR Gold Class.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on‑the‑job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on time and to standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
