Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by thoroughly assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence, aligned with the WOW plan.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, ensuring repairs meet factory specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using tools.
• Repair dents and body damage with fillers and tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts and repair windshields as needed.
• Weld and install parts and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
