Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by expertly repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet speed, quality, and KPI targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently across jobs.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and refinish surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles post-repair to ensure quality and safety.
• Work with team members in a fast-paced shop environment.
