Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, realign chassis, replace parts, weld, paint, and ensure work quality aligns with KPIs and brand standards.

You will work with a team to meet repair KPIs, maintain safety, and uphold the company’s promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint vehicles per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
