Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-quality repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align components, in a team-focused shop that emphasizes speed, quality and customer excellence.

This role supports the WOW plan, with labor guidance and cost estimates, using a variety of tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute repair work per WOW plan, using cutting tools and equipment.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicle components to restore factory specifications.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair or replace glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld, fit and prepare vehicles for painting with factory-specified finishes.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
