Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong reading and repair skills; attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and ensure color-m matched finishes.
• Realign chassis and frames; work with glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect results.
