Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs that restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, upholding our WOW standards and brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will collaborate with teammates to plan repairs, estimate costs, and ensure repairs meet guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair plans and ensure WOW plan adherence.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring quality and speed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to verify correct workmanship.
• Assist with estimating repair costs and parts needs.
