Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles, align frames, and manage parts replacement with a focus on speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a tech program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Safety, teamwork and precise tool use are essential in our busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles with attention to quality and safety.
• Realign chassis and frames to correct structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles using factory-specified or agreed finishes.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for proper repair.
