Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair, dismantling, reassembly, and quality control. You will work with the team to ensure speed, quality and customer excellence, upholding the brand promise in every repair.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship. A safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a busy shop are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace or repair parts and glass.
• Weld, paint and inspect vehicles to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and meet KPIs.
