Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver superb customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure work meets our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship. The role supports growth within a nationwide collision repair network with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed to repair damage.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass and windshields.
