Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, and replace parts to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Work with team members to meet KPIs while upholding the company promise of speed, quality and customer excellence. High school diploma or equivalent and tech training or apprenticeship are required or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with auto body repair tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently across repairs.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with attention to quality and safety.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections or parts.
• Weld, paint, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Inspect finished work to ensure KPI targets are met.
