Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, align frames, and repaint to factory specifications while ensuring quality and safety.

You’ll read job orders, estimate repairs, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers. Collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan and repair work, prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; replace parts and glass as needed.
• Realign chassis/frames and repaint to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
