Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician who delivers an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence while collaborating with a team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair and replace vehicle sections; fix glass and interior parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames; repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
