Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate parts replacement.

Properly welding, fitting, and painting to factory specifications are essential. You’ll work with a team to meet KPI goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in auto body repair and ability to read job orders.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Estimate repair costs for customers and plan repair work.
• Replace damaged sections and glass and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and ensure work meets lab/industry standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
