Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts, and ensure repairs meet speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Execute WOW plan and repair work planning.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts, prepare vehicles for painting.
