Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with attention to speed, quality, and safety.

You’ll work with the team to meet KPIs, use tools like cutters and jacks, and apply factory or approved paints while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret job orders.
• Work with others in a shop environment.
• Solid understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan and estimate repair work and costs.
• Disassemble, repair, realign, and reassemble vehicles.
• Replace or repair damaged parts and glass.
• Weld and paint per specifications.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
