Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign frames, replace parts, and ensure all work meets our standards for speed and quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to labor guidelines, and thorough inspection of completed vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with attention to quality and speed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair/replace glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure correctness.
