Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring quality and speed in a busy collision shop environment.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, and using cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, and hand tools. Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and meeting KPI targets in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents and body damage and realign chassis as needed.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
