Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles and restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure quality workmanship aligned with our speed and customer excellence goals.

You will work with skilled teammates, read job orders, and utilize tools such as cutting guns and plasma cutters to restore vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts and repaint to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect final results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
