Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the Brand Ambassador promise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of tools required for auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and inspect repairs to ensure quality.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates; operate cutting guns and other tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace parts; handle glass and interior components.
• Weld, align, paint, and finish vehicles to factory specs; verify work within labor time guidelines.
