Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment, repair, and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with the team to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with parts.
• Weld and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
