Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections with parts or glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to spec.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
