Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with Team KPIs and representing the brand with integrity.

You will plan repairs, estimate costs, and work with a team to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completed or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts.
