Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a long-standing leader in collision repair, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble bodies, align frames, replace parts and glass, and ensure quality within labor guidelines.

You’ll work with a team to hit KPIs, uphold safety, and provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and repair planning.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, apply paint to factory standards.
• Inspect vehicles to confirm correct workmanship and adherence to labor times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
