Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers, insurers and the shop team.

You will document damage, prepare accurate estimates, communicate progress, and help drive KPIs with a collaborative, safety‑minded environment. Prior DRP knowledge and I-CAR training are a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills; DRP compliance experience helpful.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely repair information and guide through the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication.
• Attend production walks and support team members as needed.
• Participate in safety and staff meetings when required.
