Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will work with our team to meet KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW requirements. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily production walks and meetings.
