Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Scottsdale to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with repair teams, adherence to OE guidelines, and ongoing I-CAR training to maintain high quality and efficiency in the collision and glass services offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences during vehicle repairs.
• Familiarity with insurance programs, DRP requirements, and repair workflows.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and stay updated on OE guidelines.
• Strong communication to coordinate with customers, insurers, and shop teams.
• Proactive in documenting interactions and ensuring accurate data in the system.

Responsibilities

• Document each customer interaction with all pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, client requirements, and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team member.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety or staff meetings.
