Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Estimator to create accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth, transparent experience.

You will participate in production walks, document all interactions, and uphold DRP/WOW standards while helping the team meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and updates.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as needed.

Skills
