Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by preparing accurate vehicle estimates, coordinating repairs, and keeping customers and insurers informed throughout the repair process. You will assess damage, document repairs and parts, and work with a team to meet KPIs.

A high school diploma is required; DRP experience is preferred. Willingness to complete I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members and attend required trainings.
