Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will assess damage, document required repairs, and collaborate with the team to meet the shop's KPIs, training as needed (I-CAR) and maintaining compliance with DRP requirements. Compensation includes commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills relevant to estimating.
• Compliance for DRP's and process adherence.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Participate in production walks and training sessions as required.
