Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Tempe, AZ is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. I-CAR training is available, and a driver’s license is required. Benefits and a performance-based compensation plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair estimating or DRP processes preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate estimation software.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and follow-up efficiently.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience and willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Communicate with insurance companies and internal teams to coordinate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Guidelines.
