Gerber Collision & Glass in Denver is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers, insurers, and internal teams to meet the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines and DRP processes, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain licensure.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions throughout the repair process.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repairs and timelines.
• Ensure insurance requirements and metrics are met.
• Coordinate with team on drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.

Skills
