Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document communications, ensure DRP compliance, and align with team members to meet KPIs.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Competitive benefits are provided.

• Familiarity with DRP processes and repair workflows.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as needed.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Document customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Guide customers through the repair process and coordinate with insurance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and store procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend trainings and meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
