Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document all interactions, assess damages, and ensure alignment with team KPIs to drive outcomes.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, 1+ year experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license; I-CAR training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
