Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repair needs to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will document communications with customers and insurance companies while aligning with team KPIs.

The role emphasizes knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and strong collaboration with staff across departments to deliver timely, quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.
• Support all team members as needed.
