Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with customers and insurers.

You will assess damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs, pricing, and warranty guidelines. Strong communication and DRP compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s - minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document, update, and communicate customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communications.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend trainings and workshops as recommended by Store Manager
