Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will align with a team to meet facility KPIs, ensure compliance with insurance programs, and participate in training sessions and daily production walks as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Awareness of DRP’s and related processes.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required meetings.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures and ensure compliance.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
