Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will coordinate with teams to align on repair plans, ensure compliance with DRP requirements, and contribute to achieving the facility's KPIs while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP insurance processes and programs.
• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with clear, timely repair information and status updates.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and shops to meet repair KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
• Support team members and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
• Maintain KPI performance and ensure accurate repair planning and delivery.
