Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. The role involves communicating with customers and insurance companies, documenting interactions, and ensuring alignment with team KPIs in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and maintain smooth collaboration across service teams to drive

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health & safety meetings and required trainings.
