Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates while coordinating with customers and insurance providers. You will document communications and ensure alignment with team goals to meet facility KPIs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of estimating experience, knowledge of DRP procedures, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required and OEs guidelines should be understood.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in auto estimating or DRP processes.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and update relevant details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and insurance client metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and team members.
• Attend trainings and meetings as directed.
