Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Goleta, CA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with customers and insurance providers throughout the process. You will document communications, align with team members, and help meet the facility’s KPIs while upholding our core values.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience; willing to complete I-CAR training; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and update records accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process with Insurance alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all insurer requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members as needed.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity and respect.
