Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will inform customers and insurance companies throughout the process, align with team KPIs, and support operations to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, DRP processes, and a customer‑focused mindset. Training and growth opportunities are available within the Boyd Group network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
