Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Pomona, CA is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet the shop's KPIs and WOW standards. Prior DRP knowledge and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and insureds.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way policies for drops, planning, and communication.
• Transmit customer requests to team members.
• Be energetic when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing performance.
