Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documenting and processing.
• Compliance with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Ability to look up information and answer customer queries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate damage estimates and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers.
• Document customer interactions and update information throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with WOW standards, insurance client requirements, and production guidelines.
• Participate in daily production walks and support teammates as needed.
