Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in California is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, keeping customers and insurance companies informed throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while upholding WOW standards and company values of honesty, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely, accurate information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily production walks and safety meetings.
